WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY

RETURNS | All returned items must be in the same condition as received. We will not refund shipping or handling fees for returns due to buyers remorse. In the event that you are unhappy with your order, please reach out with any concerns and we will do our best to accommodate.

All returns must be approved prior to shipment, please contact us before shipping anything back.

DAMAGED GOODS | If damage occurred as a result of negligent shipping, a claim must be made with the shipping carrier by the party that booked the shipment. If we did not order the shipment, we will do our best to assist in any way with that claim. If it was shipped on our account, we will handle the claim and issue a refund.

All deliveries must be inspected upon receipt within a reasonable timeframe. Claims regarding damaged products must be made within one week of delivery.

If a product was received in a condition worse than described, please provide detailed photos of the product and we will issue a credit or refund and may request a return of the product.

LOST SHIPMENT | If an order was lost during transit, a claim must be made with the shipping carrier by the party that booked the shipment. If we did not order the shipment, we will do our best to assist in any way with that claim. If it was shipped on our account, we will handle the claim and issue a refund.

INTERNATIONAL | We do not accept international returns. In the event that you are unhappy with your order, please reach out with any concerns and we will do our best to accommodate.
